Firm History

In 1982 Carl Rosenthal started his own practice after several years in public accounting. In 1991 his son Stuart Rosenthal joined the firm, which operated as Rosenthal & Company. In 1999, Jeff Kaplin merged his practice with the firm, which became Rosenthal & Kaplin, PC.

Our technology

We are committed to using the most secure and technologically advanced software. Our suite of accounting, audit and tax software is fully integrated, and rates as among the best in the industry. It allows efficiencies that enable us to spend more time thinking about the big picture. In 2011 we completed our goal of converting to a fully paperless office.
