Rosenthal & Kaplin, P.C has been providing businesses and individuals with tax services and consulting since 1982.
After almost 20 years of experience, Carl Rosenthal started his own practice. In 1991, his son, Stuart Rosenthal joined the firm operating as Rosenthal & Company. Shortly after, in 1999, Jeff Kaplin merged his practice with the firm, creating Rosenthal & Kaplin.
The foundation of our firm is built on our depth of knowledge and experience that we have gained over the years. We take great pride in delivering quality services and providing personal attention to all of our clients.
